Hinge options include in-house designed and fabricated offset or center pivots, with the offset pivot being customizable for wide-throw applications. These doors can be integrated into drywall and wood-trimmed openings or paired with a PK-30 transom panel above the door for a complete look. The system is designed to accommodate standard 1-3/4 inch thick flush wood doors and can support door heights of up to 12 feet. For enhanced security and functionality, full mortise locks are available in all standard functions, and the system can seamlessly integrate hardware such as door operators, closers, electro-magnetic locks, and electric strikes.
Sliding Doors
With a legacy of over three decades of proven service, the PK-30 sliding door hardware fittings are synonymous with precision, safety, and reliability. These systems offer innovative and efficient solutions for doors weighing up to 550 lbs and are available in standard sizes up to 10 feet in width and 12 feet in height. The hardware options are extensive, including a variety of keyed and non-keyed functions. The sliding pocket door lock with an integral edge pull is a standard feature. Folding Walls

"Centerfold" is an accordion wall hardware system ideal for room partitions up to 39 feet wide, with the suspension point at the panel's center, eliminating the need for bottom guide channels in many cases. "Variofold" is a bi-folding wall system that provides excellent stability for installations with more than two doors per side, thanks to a bottom guide channel.
Fixed Panels
